DraftTV respects the intellectual property rights of filmmakers, creators, artists, and other rights holders. DraftTV is a curated streaming television network, and programming is selected for broadcast from directly licensed submissions and other sources that permit distribution and use.

Reporting Copyright Concerns

If you believe content broadcast or otherwise made available by DraftTV infringes copyright that you own or are authorized to represent, please contact DraftTV with the following information:

  • Your name and contact information.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  • Identification of the DraftTV program or content in question.
  • A description of your ownership of, or authority to represent, the copyrighted work.
  • Any supporting information reasonably available to you, such as registration information, original publication links, licensing records, or other evidence that may help DraftTV investigate.
  • A statement that the information provided in your request is accurate and submitted in good faith.

What Happens After a Report

DraftTV takes credible copyright concerns seriously. Upon receiving a sufficiently detailed report, DraftTV will review the information provided and may temporarily suspend or remove the content while the matter is investigated.

DraftTV may contact the person or organization that supplied the affected programming to request licensing records, ownership information, or other documentation.

When appropriate, DraftTV may remove the affected content from current and future programming while the rights issue is resolved.

Creator Submissions

Individuals and organizations providing programming to DraftTV are responsible for ensuring that they possess the rights and permissions necessary to authorize DraftTV's agreed use of the submitted material.

Acceptance or broadcast of a submission does not constitute a determination by DraftTV that the submitting party owns every copyright or other right associated with the work.

Good-Faith Rights Management

DraftTV's goal is to resolve legitimate rights concerns promptly and fairly. Knowingly false, fraudulent, or materially misleading copyright claims may be rejected.
